HR STAFFING MORE DEMANDING BUT ENJOYABLE WORK

for staffing its really bad when you running a short of staff my colleagues are very good people who can share the information and work load , we are # team I have learned a lot especially how to handle the client confidential and being professional. I have enjoyed my daily route meeting and completed my task at the end of the day , if my daily job run exactly the way i planed i getting very excited. The most challenging its when you struggle to achieve the target e.g outstanding cases and unplanned leave

Pros: the development are quitley very slow
Cons: working hours are based on condition of employement accordindg to the labour law
