Harsco it's a company from overseas

It has different cultures across the globe. People are able to exercise their religion freely. In South Africa the BBBEE in this company is not yet in good place.

Im a qualified mechanical fitter and Turner

Specialized in metal recycling. The company is well organised and employees work as a team so that the targeted output can be achieved. I learned many skills during call outs and shut downs where by most of the power was delegated to me on the maintenance section. I enjoyed to take responsibility of the plant. As a qualified fitter and Turner must know to measure and alignment of pumps.

Pros: Yes there's an opportunity for promotion
Cons: If there is a breakdown we work to finish.
