I manage the entire office and all departments. Work hours and flexibility is one of the pros we have. we are a small company with a small staff abse that work well together but get asked to do a lot from our employer. The job isnt as challemginmg as it used to be as there is no room to grow.

Pros: flexible working hours
Cons: too much work on a limited time frame

I have worked on a lot of real business projects from the day I was an intern.

Working at Hawk Mobile has done wonders for me especially when it comes to all the tough tasks that were given to me. At moment I'm working on a biometric scanner software in which I would consider as my biggest challenge thus far as there wasn't much information on creating software for biometric scanners,but with belief in myself and perseverance I manage to overcome all the tasks that have been handed to me

Pros: Great place to gain experience
Cons: Less pay too much of tasks

Great learning experience.

The working enviroment is very good it is easier to get work done and the seniors there paid attention to details and gave their best each and every day and it made things easier for me to learn what I did nont know and improve on the skills that I had.

Pros: Opportunity for growth is excellent
Cons: Work according to available projects
