Too much experience

Am a machinist, always on turning but I also know fitting and my supervisor give us a clear explanation to make us understand wat we are doing and I enjoyed the company cause they give us lot of experience that transmitted to us... Challenge is where we machine big parts for big pump and parts for repair

Cons: We also work on holiday

Am a work hardy and work as my job prescription an respect my job

My typical work is a machinist everyday on the machine and can able to work on variance machines, my relationship with the co-workers is sold respect and caring, an I've learn alot solid and highly skilled, I enjoy lathe and milling machine most

Because it is not a big company I had opportunity to deal with all aspects of of business

Manufacturing industry is sometimes challenging, I learned a lot dealing with all aspects of the business. Not a big company thus you sometimes had to step up to get things done.

Pros: Awesome team environment
Cons: No opportunity for growth
