HBZ Bank Limited is a well adaptive company that sets a niche at an ever changing industry.

-The start of the morning brings the first wave of work load that needs processing (i.e data capturing, transactional accounts, Forex updates and client relations) before the afternoon. This partakes during the first and last week of the month and should be submitted before deadline. -The relationship between co-workers is albeit of a challenge during work hours but a good experience of understanding each other on lunch breaks. -The lesson i will take could be "adapt and persevere under pressure". -I enjoyed the "rush hour", when theres a span of work, you down it with a dose of coffee and get back to it. -The aspect that is a challenge could be the client relations, whereby i have humble,convince and negotiate with a customer query.

I am a fast leaner when u show me something and i enjoy to lean new thing special if its related with work. I am an open person, Freidly african bilingual South African female that can speaks English, Zulu, Sotho and Xhosa . I am an honest, hard working person. You canhire me not just because i have an ability to be an asset to your company but also, i can handle pressure, i can solve problems and ican be your strength in times of weaness.

Good Job Ettiquet

Aministrate and capture data. With a well motivated team that enjoys socializing and creating a good culture. I have learnt that good time management leads to effective job production. I enjoy good staff that improves an inviduals skills and work ettiquet.

Overall Experience

Workinh hours is Monday to Friday 08h00 to 17h00 and 08h00 to 12h00 on sat. I am responsible for overall performance of the branch on all sales related matters and have a fantastic team of 3 that i manage. I mastered the art of relationship banking where main focus is commercial investments and advances. I enjoy the forming the relationship with the clients. Most challenging parts was to adapt to top down management style.
