Excellent exposprey to a new industry

To whom it may concern, I would like to take this opportunity to apply for the position as advertised. I have in excess of 25 years working experience of which 12years has been in the project environment. My dedication, experience and work ethic will add value to any team. I am a highly experienced, results-driven Change Management and Project Manager who has worked within a wide range of businesses and industries. I have led large-scale and complex change initiatives and developed training programs for a diverse array of companies, including eBucks, the NPA (National Prosecuting Authority), Hollard, Vodacom, SARS and SAB Miller. Within these companies I have been principally involved in various business areas which has given me a wide scope of knowledge into many aspects of project management. I am presently working with HCL Axon on a major project with The City of Cape Town, the implementation of this service and products is absolutely riviting

Excellent working conditions

A highly competent and enthusiastic Individual with experience of providing outstanding customer service and practical assistance to system users via the IT service desk, e-mail, telephone system and remote support software tools, able to manage customer expectations , monitor network performance ,connectivity and communication.Having a proven track record of strong technical support and successfully finding the root causes of problems, resolving them or forwarding suggestions for improvements and highly focused with a comprehensive understanding of dealing with 1st line support calls and an in depth knowledge of ITIL processes.

Excellent exposprey to a new industry

The current programme that is being implemented at City of Cape Town is not only going to set the bar for other propines, but if achieved in its entirety will be a benchmark for any country

Pros: working on such a phenomenal project
Cons: contract not being renewed as HCL Axon is India based
