Working at a very busy environment at client site

Working at a very busy environment at client site. There is a close relationship between employees and employers. I got to learn alot more about different technologies and IT departments. There is alot of knowledge transfer within the company. All employees are not limited to one scope.. The challenging aspects is doing all the work that needs to be done at a certain time. There is alot of pressure.

Cons: Long working hours and overtimes

Excellent learning curve

Good relationship, excellent working hour, collaboration something I enjoyed most and it is always hard to select best solution when ever you have many, but Agile concept was always a key.

Making few changes at the oparation

THIS IA WHAT I'VE LEARNT AT MY CURRENT ROLE • Replication of tickets from cisco prime to service now (snow) • Logging tickets on snow • Monitoring on scom and noi • Following up with the track team regarding the tickets that are able to reach sla • Ensuring tickets are resolved within the sla • Initiating a bridge call between IM, track lead, and one of the track team when we get p1 alert • Updating calls on snow • Ticket Auditing • Putting servers on maintaining mode and suspending alerts during maintenance (put it on maintenance mode) • System handover at end of shift • System health check at the end of the shift and i love everything i do on daily basis

Hard worker and quick leaner.

I'm an experienced IT Senior Analyst and Desktop Support Technician. In my position as an IT Senior Analyst at HCL Technologies, I am responsible for Infrastructure Support, Active Directory, File server, Application server and Exchange Sever 2013

Pros: Great learning platform.
Cons: Long working hours.

Excellent career exposure with many difficulties and obstacles.

. I have been involved in a 12 months IT Internship program that ended in June 2020. I am a hard worker, self-motivated, proactive and a team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. I am very passionate in networking (Cloud computing, VoIP, Troubleshooting, Cabling, Server Admin). I would like to be part of this program to gain more work experience, to broaden my knowledge and enhance my career profile.

Cons: Less time to interact with colleagues due to Covid 19

Excellent learning curve

I love the working environment,learning about banking,different cultural groups and the ability to understand software development as a business.the support in terms of courses designed to better our services to the client .recreational activities for employees such as an anual sports day.I however feel there's a gap in terms of employee benefits such as anual bonuses.
