Every day is a busy day . Co workers are very nice and helpful , everyone gets along . My design knowledge excels everyday , new ideas and concepts creep up everyday . The people around keeps you going . Deadlines are always a challenge in this fast pace industry.

Moderate learning curve

Ensuring being organised and handling issues with the best solutions. I have learnt how to handle Rebate and Bond Stores. I have learnt how to handle container detentions . Relationship with co-workers good . Most Challenging aspect is dealing with Government officials , when containers and goods are detained.

Pros: Pensions Fund , 13th Cheque , Flexi Times
Cons: Racism , Favoritism , Poor Management Decisions , Working out of work at anytime even during weekends and holidays

Great to work at headwear, i learn a lot but i need a new challange

I'm working as warehouse assistant,packing,pulling,stock phone couriers,receiving the stock and scan it in the workbook. we have a good relationship work with my manager she is very understanding caring person. I learn how to be strong enough and face challanges that comes in your way. I enjoy to friendly customers and working time. The most challenging about my work there is lot pressure if you do not priorites the time.

Pros: Warehouse manager
Cons: they demand the lot of time but not lot of money

Multitasker

multitasker, did GRV's, data entry, i have a great relationship with co-workers, learnt administrative skills, how to supervise staff, how to track orders communicate with coordinators, i also learnt how to the packaging of orders, how to fill in the carton markings and paper work for orders, i did enjoy working there, its challenging and i like to learn new things and to have experience , challenging part was to keep track of everything and still see to my admin duties and check on staff and watch how they worked an d to also train new workers that came in, but i did enjoy it , it was a challenge yes at first and then i got the hang of it

Cons: the salary is not good for the hours that i have worked

Great opportunity for growth

Poor Productuon planning Poor Working conditions Good and well behave staff The company offers birthday incentives, 13th and 14th Cheques and good Salaries There was poor communication between departments,and delivery dates were too tight sometimes not achievable.
