WOW service
On daily basis I plan my day according to my client base with a weekly target of calls that need to call on clients and visits. I will solve clients issues, informing clients of new products that the company is offering. Do training with new users on how to use our products, either on site or via team viewer connection. Once a quarter I will I plan a trip to the outlying area to visit my high volume clients. I have a good relationship with my co-workers assisting each other to make sure that the companies vision and mission leave our clients with a WOW service. I have learn to work with different race and culture as I will face on my day to day visit/meeting with different people to work with and need to understand on how to address myself as an individual. What I enjoy is knowing that I have left my client with a WOW service.

Excellent service
Everyone is very friendly, joking, however we do have the days where we under a lot of pressure and have to isolate ourselves to work our best. the company offers incentives to us when we do work hard or had a rough week, they very supportive and understanding. For example, when we had an issue with clients or something of the sort, the Friday the company would usually have a braai and drinks or buy us lunch. Our relationships are strong with each other and our client base. We have lots of team building sessions . it has taught me so much thus far like more computer literacy skills, communication skills as I am constantly on the phone, and how to deal with different people. It also built me up for the working world knowing what to expect and how to ensure my duties are fulfilled in the workplace. it also taught me my strengths and weaknesses and what I still may have to approve on and lastly its guiding me in the direction of more of what I want to do.

Excellent learning curve
I have learned a lot at this company for my time being there. All.my colleagues were warm and welcoming. I learned a lot about myself and what more I am capable of. It is am excellent company to work at and also great opportunities. I am no longer working . I am in desperate need of a job

Development of it skills, product development
Great company lots to learn. No real processes in place as compared to established corporates. Flexibility of hours. Hard work but with great rewards. If you love client services and enhancing lives great place to develop that skill.

Excellent Learning

Great environment to work in Structure within organization is not well kept. Job descriptions change regularly I learn a lot from the company I come with wealths of expensive. We’ll train and hard working

Fast learner
When I was at Healthbridge I worked in an environment where everyone was friendly helpful and always went the extra mile. I believe work hard play hard. I'm a very friendly outgoing person always smiling and loves giving hugs to my work colleagues. A typical work day is help our clients to the fullest and making sure we give clients good service. I always looked forward going to work because the people I worked with were genuine. Most challenging thing I have done was calming a Irate client. But because I had such good confidence and colleagues I managed to make the client happy

Tremendous growth in ROI experience
A typical day starts by monitoring current campaigns with daily reports to stakeholders with agood cup of coffee before moving on to analysing executive roadmaps and goals. Then it's time to develop proposals for on coming week, keeping on mind that executives will have unique perspectives throughout throughout the marketing strategy pitch. My strategies are built with the support and input of multiple departments - great dynamic for departments to work together to achieve a organisation wide goal. After all, my ROI, traffic and conversion reports based on the results of a campaign is what makes the car drive home a feel good kind of moment with loud music and party for one.
