Great Place of work

It's a very nice place to work at buit I would like a challenging place, large company to challenge my abilities. I work well with my colleagues but i feel like my work is not noticed and i tend to get less salary than my co-woker who does less of the work i do but double the salary i get.

Pros: I learn a lot every day... I get to challenge my communication skills.
Cons: Loads of work but not notices at the end of the month.
