Gernerally was a good company to work for it was just time to move

It’s a well-structured Company in terms of goals and vision . More emphasis on everyone knowing how important their role in the chain . My manager supports his staff very well. Learning opportunities afforded to staff to better themselves. Big on recognition which helped with encouraging people to do more.

Pros: Big on recognition which helped with encouraging people to do more.
Cons: sometimes unreasonable turn arround time for quest resolution
