I learned a lot in the time I worked at Hello Group
A typical work day starts at 08:00. Reports of work completed the previous day is compiled. All field agents are called. Some mornings starts out with a meeting in various areas to meet with clients. I manage all social media, thus every day I create art work to promote our company. I also ensure that all questions or concerns are attended to on our Facebook page as well as our website. We just finished a large scale project which I manged. We painted 10 000 walls in SA for Cell C. The project was completed successfully. I had a role in the development of the required software needed to manage the companies projects. My relationship with my co-workers are strictly professional. I have trained and managed my subordinates effectively.
Pros: It is close to where I live
Cons: It is hard to get a promotion, recognition for excellent work and the remuneration is not up to standard

do not find any growth opportunities. very large company with no site of employee working. learnt how to speak better to customers. teamwork lessons. i enjoy interacting with clients and i enjoy getting my job done so i could be listed the highest in my team. the most challenging aspect is doing the job right without any mistakes

From beginner to senior
Working at my current employer has been the highlight of my career. I have learnt a tremendous amount in the past 3 years. I am currently the only tester in the company(Not the group) and I have been for almost 2 years. I am solely in charge of QA for all our web applications(front-end and back-end) and mobile apps. I have brought many new employees up to speed and have taught them how the company works and in terms of business process and technically. In addition I have formed great relationships with our business partners and I am often the one that ensures that the product/feature/application is being built correctly. I am responsible for most of the product demonstrations both externally and internally. It is a great company to work for and the people are great however I feel as though there is no growth as I am now just a workhorse. I would love opportunities to grow in my career and use my knowledge and potential to create the most value for a company.

Good learning opportunity
Has you are given your own company to manage so full finance function for the respective company. Manager willing to assist were needed, but work individually. Because working alone in company alot of work so always occupied. Tight deadlines that are met. Overtime is a need most of the month even though there is no compensation.. to manage so full finance function for the respective company. Excellent learning and adapting skills
Working at Hello Group is a new and exciting venture for me everyday. Coming to work and discovering new patterns and work, not the same old things everyday. Co-workers are fun and it is very good to make relationships in terms of work related relationships to work as a team. I have learnt many fascinating this from project management to managing my time. The most enjoyable part of this company for me i meeting new people and having a chance to learn new ideas and interact with new faces.

Excellent learning curve
Supervisorwere underpaid. And working longlong working hours. Supervisors were under paid. Company vehicles will change them regurlarly. Targets were very high hoursderpaidlolong working hours

Excellent sales representative growing opportunity
I am a hard working person who always aims for perfection and Target driven. I am very passionate about sales and customer service. I’m always eager for new challenges and break barriers which deprive me from performing to the ultimate. New opportunities are very crucial in my career.
