Currently, I am working for Hensoldt Optronics Company as Operator, and I have been in this position for the past two years. In this time, I have more than comfortable with manufacturing of optics, implementation of mechanical systems and products, programming CNC Machines as well as troubleshooting and optimizing previously design systems. In my career, I value what I do every day, love creating mechanical solution to everyday and more complex problem, and I love working as a part of a team. I also have an appreciated experience of Creo, Solidworks, CAD, Edgecam, Microsoft office and excel. Furthermore, I would love to work for new organization in order for me to develop and transfer knowledge and skills that I will acquire to surroundings as well as development of the technology. Based upon my educational training, ambitions, hands on experience and acquired skills, I believe that I will be an ideal appropriate for this position.

A typical work day is ensuring compliance with all health and safety related problems. i have a great relationship with my co workers and we almost know evryone by name.

Nice working environment

The working environment is nice with nice and friendly co workers. Meetings are being held everyday to discuss the daily targets for the teams and in team averyone is given an opportunity to lead the teams where everyone is given a chance to learn the learderships skills. Monthly meetings are held with all workers to discuss company's performance on everything including sales and financial status

Exceptionally well

Good company overall and the is opportunity to learn.it allows flexibility.there is too much room for growth. The company allows its employees to grow in the areas of their growth need. The is lovely company culture cultivated for success
