Great learning experience

On a typical day i start off by planning my day, i do this by highlighting the most important deadlines and strategising on how i will ensure that i attend to each an every task and in allocating enough time for each and every task. I then start attend to my own inquiries, this includes following up on previously logged queries and ensuring that they are attended to and provide members with feedback. I also attend to new queries that members would have logged, i will advise them according to the company policy and procedures, updating the member's profiles where necessary and ensuring that members queries are attended to within the specified turn around time. I get a report on a dairly basis for queries that are not resolved and assigned to specific people or different departments, one of my duties includes following up with those people to ensure that queries are attended to within the specified turn around time and to ensure that service levels are met.

Pros: No room for growth especially in line of what i am studying
Cons: Having to follow up on queries that are assigned to dofferent people because at times i would send than three emails requesting for someone to action something. My last resort is to walk up to their desk to ensure that queries are attended to intime.

Bella Maseko In a Nutshell

Bella Maseko is a declined individual who is equip to deal with characters of many walks in life . A good observer who pays attention to detail . A typical day at work consists in me making the most of where i am and creating opportunities for me to grow but taking in situation and brutally being honest with what would work not only for me but as a team player to ensure what is required is delivered upon accuracy and in the manner in which it is expected . My job teaches me to be patient as i interact with people on a daily and a constant reminder that i am in a space where i need to lead by example and be a vessel of change as well
