Learnt to reducing breakdown hours by planning

My day is full of work plan ahead for maintenance teams to execute their task in time and accurate, organise contractors on side, compile engineers reports,call rcfa meetings and planning meetings, inspect the plant for any deviations, report on morning meeting and create job cards also for shutdowns.i have learnt the use and importance of systems in an organization, their role and how the can be efficient to everyone's day to day life, I real love when executing our planned shutdown all task in planned time. The challenging part is when new unknown systems brought in I must learn and apply them.

Relationship with coworkers is excellent love the diversity and the interaction with other departments and the alignment between my department, the system and the rollout of the system to other people and departments.

Legal Appointment in terms of Chapter 17:1 Drafting SOP's and COP's for the department Reporting production tonnages for Opencast and Underground Planning Schedules for the whole mine( six months, yearly and 5 years ) Annual submissions of Statutory plans to DMR Survey audits
