Selling is a dating game and maintaining your relationship with the clients.

We all work as a team. I enjoyed working for my current company every single day it is unfortunate that I need to find another Job as we are busy with retrenchments . Challenging is when someone dropped the ball and I have to be the person that picks up the ball and make sure we keep the client happy afterwards still.

Pros: Never got an increase after they said they will have increased my basic
Cons: There was no extra after hours they needed from me. I went out of my way and did my own marketing to get my sales higher.

There is only good things that they are looking after you and that you don't struggle with company vechicles and that everyday you will work hard to get the sites done on time
