Welcome to my exciting day

my day consist of meetings withHR director, daily morning meetings with thee workshop foreman. Recuitment if necessary i love working with the employees face to face, we have so many diversed employees and at times its very challenging to get somthing accoss to the (explainin) I lve doing spreadsheets and balancing of all my leders.

Pros: You never know what to expect when you get to the office
Cons: The employees always bothering me after hours

Love my job

I have 9 years mechanical fitter experience. I have a trade tested Red Seal. I have worked in various industries, Marine and Petrochemical industries.

Pros: Great Company to work for
Cons: All Contract positions and nothing permanent

Its a great company but very limited in the pay and benefits

its its a great company but very limited in the pay and benefits and the corporate structure is to much for me e and the emails are intense one my first day I already had over 100 emails and not one pertained to my job. Another side is that they did not fully disclose the position and it turned out to be a internal posit and not a external position as advertised ion and not a s , everything is triple checked

Pros: captured market for business
Cons: long hours , no room for promotion
