Young and Dynamic, willingly to relocate

I am hard working and trust worthy. Definitely an asset for any company. I am experienced in Logistics and Fleet Controlling. Excelent communication skills and working with people.

Pros: I have alot of patience and can work under alot of pressure.
Cons: Working during night

Not enough salry for the hours worked

Handle & manage trucks in the transport fleet. Tracking of vehicles. Manage drivers. Tough compny to workfor with long hours for a insufficient salary. Management not really interested in your suggestions to better logistics

Pros: Large company with good contracts
Cons: Long working hours. Do not value their employees. Salary not good

Good with people and have excellent custumer relationship

High passed working environment with high strive for customer satisfaction. Everyone was hard driven to work to meet targets. All challenges was met head on and it is great satisfaction to resolve customer problemes and to have solution.

Great Experience Opportunity

A tough work environment where one has to learn to work under pressure. Although teamwork is neccessary,one also has to learn to do certain things individualy. Long hours have to be put in to complete a days work. If good performance is noticed one will reap the rewards

Excellent company that grows in the logistics sector

Working at our company, i started learning the benefits of working with strict deadlines and it helped me to thrive under the pressure. I enjoyed working with co-workers and empowering the staff members I supervise.

Cons: Senior management does not embrace the words "staff welfare"

Not bad

well its okay to work there not bad but the hours is long and the time you spend at home is to short and well they promise but dont so after all i do like to dive but yes what els can i say deliver on that promises

Excellent learning curve

I learnt a lot at Hestony Transport particularly the routes across the country. We travel a lot and I also like driving long distances compared to local. I also learnt to work independently as it is one driver per truck.

Pros: Great opportunity for experience
Cons: Being denied an off when it's due.

Good for entry level heavy duty drivers

Hestony Transport is a very huge individually owned company in South Africa specialising in Refrigerated Trucks. It also has agricultural department truck service which offers live birds transportation, live birds transportation, day old chicks transportation, stock feed transportation and diesel tankers.

Pros: Registers employees with the bargaining Council
Cons: Long hours, struggle to get off days, no overtime, no respect for drivers

Love working with people and co workers. Positive thinking and a good listener. Important to be a soft spoken and respected person. Very creative and passionate. Always friendly and professional. I'm a hard worker and fast learner. Willing to learn more. Enjoying life.
