Pleasant working environment Colleagues are like family. Normal core office hours 9 to 4. Mixture of backgrounds and cultures. The company assists with your individual development plans , promoting growth in your role / promotion.

Pros: Great opportunity for growth within the company.
Cons: Travelling to and from work - Hout Bay is not necessarily a central location.

All best positions occupied by whites. Blacks are hired through agents where they get peanuts

Hills is the best place for whites where these Americans do as they pleased to blacks. I hated this place and would not encourage a black person to apply for a job here. Infect you will be hired to through agents but they are all permanent and live life in our country

Pros: There is no room for growth for blacks here
Cons: Normal working hours

Excellent learning curve

I have learn so much and grew experience wise within the company as my duties dont end in capturing data from paper to the system but to do payments throught spread sheet, balances and calcultions. Filing of our documents is also included.

Pros: Great in learning of other work
Cons: Theres no room for growth
