Wonderful company but understaffed

I love my co workers. Management makes bad decision making which puts employees in a difficult situation and sometimes impossible expectations to meet. I enjoy the interaction with customers and the relationships I build. Alot of customers will move where I move because of the trust relationship we've built. I enjoy solving any issues they may have. The workshop is most of the time busy and my staff will always work extra hours to help work in progress. The most challenging is getting the work out in the quickest turn around time to ensure customer satisfaction.
