Apart from heading the payroll team I assist the branches with our inhouse system

We have an in-house system called Lines. I assist with a lot of administration of this system other than just running the payroll department. I am also part of the quarterly stock take team

Pros: I am exposed to all aspects of the industry and not bound to the finacial side only
Cons: Being in a retail we work a 7 day week
