OVERWORKED, UNDERPAID AND THE BENCHMARK CHANGES MORE THAN ANYTHING ELSE

We earn predominantly commission and earn a measly pittance of R3000 a month basic... that is window dressed on our payslip i.e. they show a higher basic on our payslip but deduct the amount from our paid commission and add it onto the R2200 basic that they give us to make it look good. We are debited for branch stock losses and are expected to pay it back over 3 months no matter the amount, without us signing an acknowledgement of debt. The only good thing about Hirsch's is that i have a job and that it has groomed me to work extremely well in a highly pressurised environment.

Pros: You learn to deal well with pressure and stress AND you acquire excellent customer service skills
Cons: You work weekends and have to attend a lot of after hour functions

Excellent in sales and customer service. before and after

days are very busy with queries ,customer follow ups, service calls and sales. excellent relationship with fellow team mates. honesty , loyalty and integrity is best for business. relating with customers and giving them the best advise . a million rand target per month and achieving it.

Pros: growth in the company
Cons: very long hours,no family time
