Position: H R Officer Responsibilities • Overseeing all daily operations of the HR function • Dealing with absentee cases – issuing warnings and conducting counselling • Reporting to Group HR Manager with regards to daily branch activity. • IOD cases to be dealt with and captured online for medical treatment and authorisation. • Conducting Interviews • Conducting LexisNexis fingerprint checks • Store visits on a regular basis interactive with staff. • Relevant HR legislation • Making sure uniforms and name badges are being worn. • Recruitment, selection and placement • IR Matters • Dealing with CCMA cases • Training and development – Induction Training • Computer literacy -Microsoft Office MS Excel,Word,Outlook

I learnt to multi task. I learnt to work with people from all walks of life.
A typical day a work was hectic with no room for anything else. I had a wonderful relationship with my co-workers. I had to learn not to be too friendly. The most challenging aspects of the job was meeting everyone's needs and making everyone happy.

a typical is going out for business ,following up customers , making sure deliveries are going as planned. doing sales, social media marketing, merchandizing , motivating staff. relationship with staff going out for team building. I have learned that the biggest part of sales is service. I enjoy the family spirit between staff members. the most challenging is going out for new business .

This work helped me learning other peoples needs and client relations
Every day my worked consist of delivery reports first thing and helping clients with queries. Typing letters to clients ordering of uniforms and making sure aal staff have needed name badges and stationery. Typing of work contracts and making sure cleaning equipment are fully stocked for cleaning staff. All staff clocked in at the right time and answering emails and helping managers to do communication with staff and clients I have learned clients needs always comes first always smile and keep your cool never get angry . Co workers loved me and always trusted me with all their needs and problems. Most challenging was to do hearings for staff.

Indepth knowledge
Staff should be trained by knowledgeable trainers with vast experience. Managers and staff must be treated with respect from senior and top managers. Honesty, loyalty and integrity is what is expected from all staff, if only Hirschs can offer the same to its employees.

i am someone who work hard and sets firm goals for my self.someone need to produce good result and i control situation rather than allowing challenges to control me.i am someone who has not able to meets the expectation of the company but merely exceed them everyday.i enjoy learning new things everyday and i have learn teamwork and working under-pressure in my current employment,i also have good communication with my co workers in working place.i would to work for company which is growing internationally or globally.the most difficult is challenge is that most of our customers in my current employees,the are very difficult sometimes

-Sorting client queries -Report updates -Reporting to management -stock take -opening job cards -ordering stock -assisting salesman with service calles -following up with supplier -following up with customers -department admin -store admin -assisting staff in all ways possible
