News gathering

in my free time while I was in University, I use to gather news stories and edit then send to Hlanganani FM , that was our local radio station. I gained experience on writing and listening skills and fluent In English communication. I love approaching different people of different languages and races for stories. I was committed to work with different people of different characters and behaviours. I enjoy because I have to go out and meet people and learn more about people My co-workers and I we had great time together with joy. The great challenge was when you have to dig out information which people are hiding from you. It was a great challenge to make that the organization goes forward in production and improves it service daily without bribe, bias and without corruption.

Excellent stepping stone to learning and improving my career

Hlanganani fm was my stepping stone to where i am today with my experience in working with peple and the confidence that i have. I worked as a broadcaster where it was easy for me to gain confidence because that where i could communicate with proplr according to their differences. Working there helped me also to become very social, the co-workers the were very amazing to me and we grew very close and made each other feel very comfortable at work. I habe learnt a lot, things like communicating confidently with people and i also acquired analytical skills and organizational skills..i really enjoyed working there. The job was so challenging but secure and very reasonable.
