Excellent learning curve

It gets busy almost every day due to systems downfall and network not stable.i have a good relationship with my colleagues and there is a office respwct policy at Hand so it does help and I have learned to be patient and always keep your eyes on the ball.i enjoy the fact that technology is always changing so I leaen a lot of new things. the challenge is when clients expect your service not following protocol.

Pros: learning new technology every day.
Cons: travelling long distance to assist clients
