Excellent learning curve

My work is very interesting, I carry my tasks for eight hours, we don't do night shifts. I in charge of fifteen people, I lead, command, direct and plan for all day tasks to be performed. My relationship between my me and my co-workers is wonderful, we carry out every task together, by discussing and coming to a common agreement, even during accidents and conflicts we always find a way to solve it and proceed forward. What I have learned is to get along with my team very well, how to make decisions without any rush, how to manage time and to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
