Excellent working environment

A humble, problem solver, creative, team player, energetic, goal oriented and person with a positive attitude toward life. Worked as Branch Leader for Hollard Life managed branch with staff capacity at 21 employees (4 Branch consultant, 10 Field Agents, 6 inbound consultant and 1 branch Cleaner). Some of operational responsibilities: Productivity - CRM - reporting client complaints register and taking supervisor call request, escalate queries with relevant department and providing feedback to client, community project, etc. Registry Log & Procurement, Training - reporting training gaps, planning, screening interviewing candidates, etc. Quality Assurance Compliance - conduct coaching & reporting session to HR, Listening to sales & inbound calls, metro filling, indexing documents, etc. Team Administration - conduct and filling meeting, training, attendance registers. Creating and updating employees files, etc

There's growth in the company in terms of skill set

Staff is very friendly Typical work day is usually productive, get to interact with my coworkers on daily tasks. Learnt so much as I got a lot of exposure, like presentation skills, interacting with business stakeholders and management. Having5to showcase my skills during DevChats witb other experience developers. Enjoyed my duties because I learned something new every day. Challenging aspects of the jobs was meeting deadlines, meeting goals set within the team. But all that was achievable because the coworkers worked hard to make all possible

Great exposure and learning environment.

Great environment fir learning different financial services provided. Customer service is key essential, interacting with client on a daily basis and tty to solve their quirues and enquiries. As a front desk consultant you should always be puntual , attentive, welcoming and have good manners to keep your cluents happy .

Time's is very important, challenge was of managing training rooms.

i very much like working there even though some days i could not get somethings delivered the same day like ordering stationary etc,a year working in a cooperate world i have learnt that time is very important, while working there one of the challenges i had was to always make sure all the training rooms where neat and tidy everyday..making sure who ever next to use it finds it clean.
