Excellent learning experience

Im currently in the YouCo Training management programme, we mos22ktly sell insurance policies for cellphones, laptops and tablets in all the Game stores around South Africa. This programme is in partnership with Hollard Insurance. I have learned a lot about customer service and the kind of great attitude one must have when dealing with clients .

A discomfortable working habit made me realise how strong and self motivated i am today.

Typical days as it is not easy working with different clients from different places .most of my co-workers Used to give me courage while facing a terrible client in our store,just to make me feel comfortable and deal with the issues correctly. I have learnt how to motivate myself and act positive in a negative situation as a role of leader. the most I enjoyed is when me and my team revive our spirit by singing and dancing. The most challenging aspects of the job was when taking phone calls for more than an hour without no answer from our branches while the clients needs an emmidiate response.

I am a very hardworking person who enjoys working as team but also love to take ownership of my monthly work and the most things that are like about my work is help my colleagues and our clients when they needs help and allocates all my bordereaux's on time and the most thing that I learned about this job is be accurate all the time because every time you make mistakes it affects some one else financial.

I do non motor and motor claims

Im a lady with disability walking with crushes working at Hollard as a claims handler. I do non motor and motor claims as special windscreens and body corporate claims. We are a good team help one another, I learnt that working together for one goal to give best service to iur brokers. I enjoy the free afternoon off once a month because it help me to go for my medical appointment. Not getting feedback from assessors in time is frustrating as it is giving bad to client

Exceptional Payroll Knowledge

Typical work day consists of managing the Payroll mailbox by allocating the workload across my team of Payroll Specialists. I do all tax related queries such as IRP5 explanations and tax calculations for employees and business. Assist with input eg: imports, benefit changes , new hires and terminations. I have a very open personality which allows me to build strong relationships with my co workers. I currently stand in for Hollards Payroll manager when she is away or is unable to provide support to management or staff. The best part of working at Hollard is the culture. The most challenging aspect of my job would be maintaining a strong business relationship with all stakeholders at Hollard.

Willing to learn

Get along very well with my team members, a very friendly environment, the reason I want to leave the company is to find growth as there's no growth and no recognition of hard work
