Excellent learning experience
Im currently in the YouCo Training management programme, we mos22ktly sell insurance policies for cellphones, laptops and tablets in all the Game stores around South Africa. This programme is in partnership with Hollard Insurance. I have learned a lot about customer service and the kind of great attitude one must have when dealing with clients .
Pros: Promotion is guaranteed
Cons: Get paid only on commission

A discomfortable working habit made me realise how strong and self motivated i am today.
Typical days as it is not easy working with different clients from different places .most of my co-workers Used to give me courage while facing a terrible client in our store,just to make me feel comfortable and deal with the issues correctly. I have learnt how to motivate myself and act positive in a negative situation as a role of leader. the most I enjoyed is when me and my team revive our spirit by singing and dancing. The most challenging aspects of the job was when taking phone calls for more than an hour without no answer from our branches while the clients needs an emmidiate response.

A Start
This is my first step to work for a huge company. I am grateful to be given such an opportunity hence I got to learn how to handle clients (solving problems, handling objections and ensure that they're always delighted by my service). I really enjoyed working with my team because we used to communicate well and exchange ideas, it was a friendly working environment. The most challenging thing was having go to the field without enough resources.

Yes
The company was good to me however they couldn't employ me due to the changes they are having. i was in a leanership so it ended 1st feb 2017. I was on a support team always making sure that the teams are up and running at all times we went to a lot of places to check our teams and the working environment so that we can make better working conditions for our agents. All my teams did well and performed as I made sure that they had everything they need for.them to perform their duties.
Pros: the company was not bad at all however the time spent there was my best the problem was with the outsourcing that they are making that made my job useless
Cons: this is my first time working anf I gave it my best short but people there where not bad but now their slogen of dignity nd dreams is not practised

Well motivated
I am a very determined young lady,discipline and have a good eye for details for on my Hradmin experience and find satisfaction in helping others.Good with computer literacy and Hr systems such as VIP Premier and people.

Growth
Sales collection and marketing. Positive people to wards a common goal great salary structures and bonuses. Growth is limited to all employees the company was franchised and the owner is bringing new staff and new salary structure which of cause no one is happy about

Excellent
I call clients who would like to have funeral policy.i confirm the details eg ID number, physical address and the family members that they would like to cover. When I'm done confirming everything I capture the sale. We work as a team to help each other with language and were you don't understand.

Great learning curve
Working long hours from 8:45 until 17:30 every day plus 2 saturdays a months. Too much pressure with higher targets to achieve monthly Management upredictable but approachable Coworkers very open and easy to work with

It was a great learning experience.
Initially company directors were very big on black empowerment only to find in the long run it was just simple exploitation. I was employed as a trainee manager ended up resigning due to being micro managed, management goes as far as talking about employees to other senior employees. Work environment not conducive at all.
Pros: Company just started out so alot of room for growth
Cons: Too much work ,management not motivating ,company less than a year old so they dont have everything figured out as yet, management very biased.

Have learnt so much in the cooprate world
working at Hollard is quite fun and you look forward to going to work because you learn a lot of things everyday and you grow its one big happy family and its a friendly environment
Pros: normal working hours
Cons: working hours are normal and sometimes you work over time if you want to the hours are really flexible and you are able to work freely
