Grate place to learn new things everyday.
Hollywoodbet is a grate place to be if u are a person who is willing to work and also have fun, I have learnt to work well under pressure also to work with people or individually,most of the time we work as a team which also helps with handling many different kind of people, it is challenging to talk to different clients every day, but it helps leaning new things everyday,i'm enjoying earning commition on top of my basic salary,the more I push my work the more money I get

Excellent learning curve and to grow with the company
I have grown as a person and in terms of working experience, am a team player and always willing to assist other team members and I believe it is time now to grow as a person and look for something better and more challenging.the most thing that i enjoy about my Job is that i excel in it and i have learned to get along with different people and having to understand my work better like everyone else and i now train new team members.

Good learning and workplace experience
Its a bit challenging job where you work clients directly on daily basis.l say so because they lose money and by that they lose temper and have to adjust.Hollywood allows you to meet new people in every single day.

Working at my current work place has been challenging and a great learning curve.
At work there is large amount of pressure, accuracy , efficiency and productivity are highly monitered.I get along very well with my fellow co-workers and superiors.I have learnt to become consistent at working hard and finding more reasons to take all criticism as postive criticism.I enjoy providing good quality to our clients whilst creating a good and reliable experience for them.The most challenging but achievable aspect of the job is balancing efficiency with accuracy when capturing data.

I have been promoted to a team leader position at the company
It been a great journey to be at my current company the service I provide to company has been great and all I have been here at the company for more then two years and now I feel its time to accept new challenges, The company has been great to me and I was promoted to a team leader role. The work relationship I have development with the co_work has been magnificent I am a team player buy nature, I have leant the value of service delivery play the huge role in the kind of business market we tackling. I enjoyed working with my co_ worker and experimenting new technologies and ideas, The most challenging aspect would be working short staff and still deliver the same service delivery as of if they is a full team.
Pros: Will to grow writhing the company the company will judge may value based on my performance which I believe is always on the high
Cons: Yes and overtime would be appropriate if available I am a busy being always looking for something to do
