Hi it being few years since i was working for this company and the ability to gain a lot of experience for the company to promote you at least you must be multitask,able to work extra hours and show interest om you job

There is no happi

I work long hours, knock off at night yet the salary is too bad. also the employers does not treat their team with a well mannered way.We work under pressure of registering punter yet almost everyone in our surrounding area has got de hollywood bets cellphone account . on top of that we don't a get a cent of bonus , if we don't reach a set target they treathn to move the branch else where very far so we won't be able to move along with the branch.

Excellent learning curve and will allow me to know more about Hr

I have been with hollywoodbets for 3 months and have learned a few aspects regarding my qualification in Human Resource Management my concern is the staff turn over The salary is uneconomical, I have learned alot I do believe is the appropriate time for me to leave, I realised that motivation, benefits are unfound
