Juggling a lot of things at once
ned to mulan typical workday for me is taking as many calls as I can take and replying to all the customers emails. I have a great relationship with all my coworkers. We all help each other. I have learned to multitask and to always work as a team.
Pros: Great opportunity to learn new things
Cons: As a customer care consultant, we're taught to always resolve an issue without having to ask a manager or a senior, which is not a problem for me, but sometimes you find customers who are too angry and just don't want you to try and solve their issue and want a manager. It's difficult to get a manager to speak to a customer.
