Having to be calm and being friendly to customers at all times

Working with people gave me a pleasure of time because i have learned to deal with customers including my colleagues and to respect everything I do how I speak to them counts how I resolve problems being friendly at all times meeting the requirement's of the company and also keeping the company at the good state working hard on what seem to be a bad habit especially during working hours, I've learnt alot at my previous company and I enjoyed working there the customer service operating the till the admin work everything was amazing including the customer too. Management supervisor and everyone I used to work with they were so encouraging giving me the opportunity to learn than focusing on what was my duties, having to learn how to keep the customer happy and the company going at the right level was the most thing I worked hard on.

Pros: being the good eye on the company
Cons: i had long working hours which gave me the opportunity to know how to work undepressure and still focus on what is important

Amazing

I really find work to do. Waiting for work is starting to bore me and plus in lose interest if i dont do anyting.. My co-workers are aweness they always tell u something good about life and workng ways. I enjoy working doing something. The most hard thing i ever done is to not make a sale

Pros: I get to work thats the most important thing to me really

I have learnt to multitask

Working 8hours everyday under pressure.Short staffed so we have to multitask everytime.No off during the week or weekend, only 2days off a month is allowed.We are a very good team of 5people working well together.Our merchandising is the most challenging part as we come up with different ideas but at the end we choose the best one.You know i have learnt that you have to treat customers as you'll like to be treated.When a customer is buying lot of things 2/3 people are gonna attend to them, that's what i like most, working as a team.

New career opportunity

It's not something I studied for but I think it's a fantastic opportunity to equip myself in a different field. It was hard to adapt in the beginning but once you get used to it, you find your groove and it becomes quite enjoyable.

Excellent learning curve.

I have learned to deal with different people and gaining more experience e.g computer skills I have never done pastel before but now I have more knowledge of how to use pastel. I have learned to deal with problems people have regarding printers, and being able to communicate well with people

Pros: Great opportunity to learn new things
Cons: Not Enough pay
