I have been fortunate to work in a wide range of industries in my career while progressing quite quickly through the management ranks of each company I have worked at. This can be attributed to my high work ethic, my ability to grasp the financial implications of my decisions and to focus on the real issues to identify the problems and devise a solution. I handle pressure well and have a good sense of humour which sometime is what's necessary to carry person over the difficult times. I have no specific preference for any industry. For now am working under my own company applying for tenders in construction and supply

What I learned its to think on an openview, hard work and focus on my career and goals that I want in life and also be a great good leader, respect clients and stuff understanding corporate world and also learn about other departments and attending business conference and summits and networking with people also understanding administration work and bookkeeping my company name its thapelo and lethabong enterprise reason why I need job its because of I need funding to grow my business and create job opportunities for youngsters and also have a secure better living
