I a very good friend with my team, working together I have learnt many things like sharing the ideas is the best because you enjoy the work given but most challenging aspects is when we need to work under pressure and overtimes

Excellent learning curve

Being I'm where I am right taught me a lot of things like how to be responsible and given a chance to manage the shop on daily basis, prepare banking for the shop, create a relationship between us and our customers, being the team player,. What I enjoy the most is that everyday I learn something new that is positive and helpful, and yet the most challenging aspects are different characters of customes.

Self motivation

During the past years, I have led customer support teams and have motivated my team to refine their service skills.My team continuously outshined their previous accomplishments and received many accolades from upper management..  I am more than happy to share my skills and knowledge with Warehouse to achieve its goals. I embrace competition and utilize my resources, intuition, past experiences and creative abilities intelligently to complete my work and I continuously strive to improve my performance.

Pros: I, Rakesh Nannan understand that company is in the process of  appointing a new Warehouse Assistant.  I am very excited about this and would like  to apply for the position.

Understanding and humble

I am a hard working person driven by sweat and who have passion in my work. I get along with my team members and make sure I explain to the customer about the things I am selling in a polite manner. I learned that the customer is always right and learned to control my temper at all times. Being on time is essential and to show respect and have perseverance is my priority.
