Every morning will open the store at 8h30,then we pack shelves right,see if the daily sales are corresponding,do stock counts every morning to make sure there is no stock loss,send the Email to Headoffice that we have arrived .do demos in store so customers can buy and see how the product works. we need to see that everything is on its place,cash up is done and everything is switched off and lock the door...Homemark has learnt me how to be patient,how to comunicate with a customer to buy a item without looking desprate as we do work on commission...i enjoy coming to work and just be with customers,i always laugh at some of them,you do get rude customers but its how you take it,the most challenging aspect of this job would most definitely be reaching target,its not everyday sunshine but we have to make the best of it,even if it means buying something out of our own pockets,we all want that extra.

Good listener,hard worker and striving to be just the best
To work at Homemark you will have to be interactive,be fast,sometimes be alone in the store,open and lock the store do the Admin,make sure filing,IBT's are correct and emails are sent on time and aswell repairs are correct..You need to get along with everyone,we were a team,we loved helping eachother and whenever there is a problem we solve it out as grown people that we are.Homemark taught me to be a much stronger person,to stand my ground and be firm when it comes to those chance takers customers.Mostly I enjoy my customers the most,My regular customers who always came to greet,because I believe build a relationship with your customers your job will be much easier,because they are paying our salary after all

Excellent
It's a nice company to work for and you learn about new products everyday.you meet new customers everyday and they teach us with new products every month.

Experience
My typical work day included going in to the office for meetings on sales targets, and all the stores over all performance in the Western Cape. I enjoyed working my stuff and motivating them on a daily basis to do in store promotions and demos in order to maximise sales The overall experience i gained was very good, however there is not really any growth.

A good start off company
hdfhis is a good company to start off or for entry into face sales. Being part of homemark is somewhat ok and you get to meet people from all walks of life. The only challage I faced at the company really was mainly management and the support structure.they are not open to reasoning or accepting of input. I enjoy working in sales and this is what brings me back to work every day.collueges I work with are great and their is a since of camaraderie between us and always willing to help.homemark once again is a great company to start off with and gain experience however not a company you'd want to stay wit as there is no benefits or room therefor at the company's.no medical aid or retirement plans.S. eh

Excellent learning curve
A good working and friendly environment to work at I had good interaction with my co-workers I have learnt how to work in a group and as an individual and how to lead a team Assessing calls and making sure that clients are treated fairly and in a good and honest manner. Is when i have to cancel the agent's sale or deal with fraud.

Good telephone skills
I was enjoying dealing with different customers because I was trained how to deal with them in different ways and we were doing team work with other staff talking about how are we going to sell so that we can reach our targets.we have to make sure that we give good service to our customers because they give us bread to put on a table.
