Retail Is My Life

I have a good working relationship with fellow co-workers in such a way that they never wanted me to leave but I am very firm. I have learn that people respect what you inspect and I enjoy doing above given targets it makes me feel great about myself. The most challenging aspects of the job is when we do not have enough customers or lesser basket size but I have learn to overcome those areas. I get so frustrated when there some items that are not scanning and all my clerks knew that should something like that occurs all hell break loose unless they provide me with relevant explanation they know I am a very good listener I do not pass judgement before hearing both sides of the story.

Pros: With all the knowledge I have acquired I see my self having my own shop
Cons: during pension days I do not mind working longer hours I love to see the shop in action

Excellent learning curve and fast learner

I worked at honchos doing general work like taking the stock, doing cashier and other shop staff I am also willing to work under pressure with no supervision I can work independently and I also believe in team work

Pros: Great opportunity for promotion
Cons: Long working hours including weekends
