Excellent learning curve

Looking for a new challenge. Stability and empowerment towards staff. Leadership and encouragement to staff. Learned a lot. Grew within the company. Built relations with people from all different walks of life. Cried, laughed a lot and the commitment of staff is just out of this world. We work hard and laugh hard.

Excellent company to work for, however no additional perks

Loved my working career at Honey, had no problems with any of my colleagues. Had a great working relationship with all staff members. Learnt to be humble always. Typing, dictation, screening calls, drawing up daily or weekly promotions.

Pros: Family like environment

Everyday I am working it's positive hardwork and passion working with different people its difficult to reach customers because it is commission fbasrd

Great opportunity to be independent.

Eacday I need to advertise items of the month including specials and make sales by the orders I get within the month. I'm learning how to sell and attract customers with my behavior and manage to make payments of the orders on time and deliver good service to my customers. My challenge is that I'm a beginner and don't have lot of customers interested in the business yet. I'm working hard to makes of my target for the month
