Exposure to community based projects

It is fulfilling to know that the organisation is committed to community uplifting initiatives and is making a change in lives of orphaned and vulnerable children. A typical work day is coming to the office and capturing data. I do not interact much with co workers as this is prohibited, we need to capture by the minute in order to reach targets for reporting.

Pros: Exposure to Non profit environment.
Cons: Overtime requests and intense pressure
