Exellent experience

It is a pleasure for me to work the company because when i got there i only had 2 years experience of plant but current they gave me also underground skills (fitting). They have given me an artisan like responsibility of which i am glad about because they are preparing me for tomorrow

Developmental Role as senior manager

A BBBEE new mine with with a solid business strategy but sadly lacking financial muscle to implement developmental policies e.g. CSI and Social Labour Plan. Being a communal mine, management and investors allowing community too much power to dictate the daily running of the operation with the idea that it will bring the operation labour and community peace which unfortunately is not the case.

Pros: Flat structure
Cons: Overstepping of roles

I have passion working as an administrator, it is a job that I really like I'm good in office work that the reason I choose career in Administration.
