Great learning opportunity

We work so well together We help each other be it in different department when one isn't doing anything manager doesn't have to tell us to go and assist Management is out of this world hands on not the type of manager who sit in the office while her staff drowns in work she leads by example she is the glue that makes sure we stick together We are a family I have learnt a lot from helping in the kitchen when it busy day attending to reception area setting of conference room,stripping rooms making up rooms Most challenging aspect of the job is when maritime shipping guest are in house and they normally don't know how to speak English and that makes it hard to communicate with them in terms of what they want to eat Working at our hotel it's like home away from home we treated with nothing but respect

Pros: you get to train in all department which benifits you
Cons: working late shift
