I pay attention to detail. Have very good accounting ability. Maintain high level of accuracy. I clearly assign responsibility for task, monitor progress and deliver well within given time frame. I also believe in complete transparency is everything that I do. I learned to do complete structure of inter company taken over. Assisted in protocalls and company policies when our new pragrice took of. Was nice seeing everything fall into place after planning and execution.

Cons: Late night over month end periods.

Good

I started working at Hoya 2008 till now. I work from Monday to Friday, I start working from 07:30 till 16:30. Hoya, it's a good company and I enjoy working there. The experience has been educational as well. My co-workers and I have a very strong bond as we work as a together very well as a group. I've to learn't to work independently with other people, with different computer skills and communication as well as group work. I enjoy seeing other people each and every day. The most challenging aspects that I do have to adhere to in the job is having to work with deal with certain people that don't sometimes become happy.
