Design a trolley to help me to do my work safely and easier, witch saved the company money.

For me at a day to day working in the engineering field is to design and bring forth idees to make things easier for me to do my job safer, and more acurate as we are doing reclamation in the mining industry we need to move heavy loads up on rough terrain. I saw that equipment is getting dameged so I designed a trolley to put the equipment on top off and get the equipment safely and easily out of the rough terrain.The trolley consisted off 6 roller wheals and a calvanize frame with a mentis grating top so that mud can fall through holding down brackets to tie the equipment on to the trolley, pulling g shackels on the side off the trolley to gide it in different directions.

Pros: Safe working for me and fellow employees and to put revenue to my companys coffens.
Cons: Took time to build the trolley

Friendly work environment

I enjoy everything, great work ethic and training. exciting place to be, I learn almost everyday because there something new all the time. I have a great time working with people from all over the world.

Excellent Learning Curve. Hard working

My relationship with my co-workers is excelent. I learn CNC Operating skills. I enjoy to complete my job in a sucesful. The most challenging aspect of my job is the time period.

Cons: Dont have any as i am willing to work overtime as well as weekends

Challenging Environment

You need to be available 24/7 You will need to have patience and negotiating skills to survive the internal politics It is a family environment in which you only gain acceptance based on years service Very little appreciation for any other functionality except drilling and blasting, with support functions considered a necessary evil New innovations are starting to surface, which could impact greatly on the mining industry Management is unique and heavily focused on the knowledge of mining, in a very closed community.

Pros: Great opportunity for experience in shaft mining (internationally)
Cons: Little respect for new ideas, unless it relates to mining
