Good pah but too much white monopoly

The company pays ok but there is no growth and the culture is not as expected of a.professional environment.only certain people get promoted and the white monopoly is too visible. Working in Research and Development is great but most company structures limits growth especially in a company tha doesn't develop their stuff.

Pros: Well paying
Cons: Lack of development of black people in the company

Working well with customers

Hudson and knight is a company that deals with producing fats and oil , like any other company it has different departments.working at the packaging side was a nice learning experiences as you get to deal with customers needs and wants which will make you a better industrial engineer as you will understand what are customer needs. My relationship with co-workers was very excellent because we got along very well and we respected each other. I have learnt different aspects in the packaging industry , for more detail refer to my CV

Pros: Growth in the field of industrial engineering.
Cons: Working overtime.
