Well established restaurant business. Hard working individuals who aim to establish professionality and overall great customer experience. As a hostess, overseeing employees at front of house level taught me to direct people and ensure employees had what they needed to succeed.

Experiences, clients and guests are great.However motivation in the work place is lacking.

Events days typically include, staff meeting to ensure all jobs are distributed. setting up of decor, tables etc. meeting with clients, management of team and function as a whole on the day Striking of events setup I have a great relationship with all my staff, front of house and back of house. I love the management of weddings and functions, as no event is ever the same and each one challenges you in a different way and teaches you something new. Challenging aspects would be, support. Support
