My job is very interesting as I have to wake up every morning to meet different stakeholders in my business as I am basically. a sole owner I also have to liaise with my principal weekly to check new developments.I haave to maintain professionals relationship with my. colleagues as teamwork leads to greater rewards.

Excellent learning experience.
I had to learn to think on my feet, and become creative as to how to make a difference and stand-out for my clients. I eventually was able to not only sell properties, but do plot & plan options (both turn-key and according to budget), provide clients with access to varies developers to build their dream homes, vacant plots and options for commercial clients. I totally enjoyed the challenge. Loved interacting with clients and colleagues, and would definitely have continued if I had the finances to sustain my daily requirements for a bit longer. Unfortunately, the turn around time for deals is currently not financially conducive to my personal situation. Although the above, will make a big financial impact on the long-term, my current situation has me focused on the short-term and daily needs of my family.

Good growth opportunity
At Huizemark everything works in a way that satisfies every employee.From commission to bonus all are good.Huizemark puts customers first at all the time and make sure that they return. We work as a team and that makes our work easier. Hardworking is the key to success at Huizemark.

Learning curve
It was few of the most glorious years in my working experience in my life. I got to win two years running best agent of the year. I got to meet different types of people, people who were very helpful and people who were uptight. But it has thought me a lot. I traveled a lot to different suburbs, cities and even provinces. To be quite honest I had the best boss one can ask for its just there was no growth there. The most challenging was working on Commission one can't fully budget. Plus I had fantastic colleagues. Most challenging was when a client had signed an offer to purchase either by a seller or buyer then later deciding to pull out without a valid cause.

Huizemark estate agency
I attend weekly sales meeting every tuesday wherein our principal agent briefs us on our performance ,challenges and swot analysis on how can we become better agents.we also attend monthly master classes where experts from different field lecture us on new trends in our iindustry.

Excellent learning curve
Go out to find stock,do house listing Very good relationship with co workers, we work as a team to achieve I have learnt to be patient to close a sale I enjoy creating relationships to clients and making them happy by giving them a Good home The most challenging aspect is finding stock but being patient and doing basics helps.
