Working to the best level of my knowledge
-Working for an NGO has taught me to work beyond me expecting a reward from anyone -At Humana when I started working there the company was only starting to grow and taking on a lot of new employees -I took it upon myself work overtime with my colleague to ensure that we deliver - Even though it was my very first time working with the VIP I made it my mission to learn and understand it. -Learning is an ongoing process for up until now even though I'm pushing I tell myself that I am learning So far I have learnt to understand the system better and make it work for me -I continue to enjoy working closely with people and getting the satisfaction of helping others -Learning to work hard under pressure -The satisfaction I have when I have met my target cannot be explained -The most challenging aspects about my job is when I sometimes cannot meet my targets and it affects the employees. This affects me because even though some things are inevitable they disappoint some people
Pros: Great opportunity to learn more and gain experience in places where I need it
Cons: Trying too hard even when I see possibilities of not finishing on time

As below
To Whom It May Concern In addition to my current aptitudes and abilities, I am always excited to learn new skills, in order to broaden my appeal to prospective employers and make myself more marketable in my particular field. I trust my current skill set is a marketable commodity, and I may be utilised to assist another company to grow effectively and expand their programs and/or client base accordingly.I believe that my unique experience would make me an ideal fit for any organisation. I have attached my resume to provide more information about my background and would appreciate the opportunity to discuss how I may be able to contribute to your organisations clients. Please do not hesitate to contact me should you require further information. Kind regards, Catherine Enslin 0849239978

Excellent Learning and Improving my skills
Humana People is a NGO that is rapidly growing, when started to work here there was a huge amount of new appointments this helped me in improve on my ability to work under pressure. It was also the first time I use the VIP system but I made sure that I understand and excel in using the system perfectly. I learned and still learning a lot at Humana People to People. At times to make sure that I reach my targets on time I would work till very late. Communication with different has also given me more ways of working with different people to ensure that they submit all that is required from them on time.
Pros: Great opportunity to improve my skills
Cons: Too much work and no time to complete, so one has to work long hours
