Strengths utilised & beneficital to the Company

A typical day would to seek emails from sub-contractors require assistance with drawings or files to ensure no Production work is not held up and for designs sent for approval. My relationship between all personnel and management personnel is of utmost importance to ensure the focus is to meet the vision of the company, projects are despatched on time I have learnt in the 13 yrs at Hutz Medical that the customer is the important person in any business and having a healthy relationship with the customer, guaranteed you will always got future projects. I enjoy seeing the end of Projects commissioned, signed and running successfully. The most challenging aspects of work is to correct production mistakes when there is no time left, just before the product has to be packed for shipment. Due to the relationship I had with all personnel we succeed at the end of the day.

Comfort

Not pressured at all times In and out of office Good relationship with co workers Typical day can be either very busy and some days not busy at all I have learnt a lot at this company I enjoy pretty much most things I do not to fond of filing or following up but it has to get done

Pros: Very flexible with working hours and time off

Room for growth

a workday is very challenging working with all kinds of people. My relationship with co-workers is good. i have learnt that you should study part-time whilst working here. I enjoy the type of work we do at this company. The most challenging aspect of my job is to deal with people whom are unpleasant to work with.
