On a typical day at work, all the Technicians, we hold our daily toolbox talk and discuss the outstanding, completed tasks and wichever Technician that had any challenges on their tasks and need advice or assistance, support we work as a team to help them and continue to plan all the day's tasks for all Technicians. I have learnt a lot from the Technicians who have been in the HVAC-R industry for more years than me, as they have thought me some tricks and hacks in the field such in mechanical and modifications on HVAC-R systems. I get fulfilled by the manner which we help each other to archive the objectives and goals of our organization and I finish my tasks within the given time. The most challenges that I come across in my job is when I am swamped with workload and the deadline due and I am forced to work abnormal to complete the tasks as some times it affects the quality of the task.
Pros: Work on different types and brands of air-conditioning and refrigeration equipments.
Cons: Delayed spares to complete tasks in time.

Excellent way to start learning about HVAC if that's the career you want to follow
I enjoy my work at HVAC I'm just not very happy about my salary, I am a qualified electrician with a red seal that is known Internationally and the salary I can get isn't anywhere close to what I get now. I know my worth and currently I'm not getting a fraction of what I studied for
Pros: You learn something new every day
Cons: Long hours
