Good learning curve

Gained a lot of experience in the different types of steel and pvc raw materials. Typical work morning starts with following up of plan schedule. Then ensuring all workers are at their work stations and the work flow chart is operational. Planning, organising and structure and routing of raw materials. Ensure Bill of materials are readily available. Developing and training of employees. Team player. Motivating employees, so that deadlines are met.

Excellent learning curve

Planning, organising and oversee distribution. Meetings with departmental heads. Plan the next days functions. Structure and routing of raw materials into semi finished goods and finished goods. Learnt to multitask. Work on more than one project at any given time. Team player. Motivating, encouraging and training of staff. Finishing projects before the deadline.
