EXCELLENT LEARNING CURVE,NO GROWTH,LACK OF COMMUNICATION

I have a set procedure I follow everyday. Firstly I make notes on what I should follow up on and reminders of any important issues to sort. I liaise with all parties relating,be it the Client,Supplier,Engineers,Sales people or whoever. I try to complete all tasks meticulously. I have very good relationships with certain co-workers especially those who work together as a team,as I am a very good team player myself. I have learnt that if you want to get something done best to do it yourself. I enjoy it when I get to complete a task way before expected completion date and I enjoy sorting out queries. The most challenging aspect is when I run the Workshop on my own at times in the absence of the Manager or Foreman.
